02 · Why Alive is different

The coaching of a great gym. The results people go to a clinic for.

We believe the human body was designed to heal itself, given the right environment. So we built that environment, and a proven system to go with it.

03 · Why I built it

“I watched too many people get injured doing what they were told was good form. There had to be another way.”

Andrew started training at 17. A month before his first physique show, he had Bell's palsy. He still won his class. Years later, as a coach, he saw clients stall or quit because of injuries everyone accepted as normal. He studied DNS, fascia and FRC, and built the Alive Method so people could train strong without getting hurt.

05 · Questions

Before your first session

Is this physiotherapy?

No. We're coaches, not clinicians. Many clients come to us after physio or chiro, and we work alongside your healthcare team to rebuild strength and movement so the pain doesn't keep coming back.

I'm injured right now. Can I still start?

Usually, yes. Most clients start with something that hurts. The movement assessment tells us where to begin safely. If you need medical care first, we'll tell you.

What happens in the movement assessment?

We watch how you breathe, stand, walk and move under load, find what's driving the problem, and teach you two or three fixes to practice before your next session.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. Clients range from people who have never trained to strength coaches and runners. The method scales to where you are.
